I figured I would start the new episode thread discussion. This challenge seems simple, winning is all about having a fully active tribe.
Something funny I noticed, it's episode 7, there's seven people on each tribe, there's seven male castaways and today is July 7.

Quick note Morgan, 8 male castaways, not 7. Otherwise, very interesting!
This game seems to be going over very well so far! We've seen a newer approach to this game, (throw the challenges to get rid of the other tribe), we've had Robbie go ballistic, and the game is still unpredictable, (with 7 people on each tribe, expect some good TCs up ahead, 7 is the wild number in Survivor, and this season might not change that.....hopefully).
At this point, with this season still being mostly fans vs. faves, (aside from Jason and Alyssa's alliance and maybe another one) throwing challenges should be on everyone's minds!
For the fans, they had better get their rears in gear! They only have 6 members left and none of them are really in that great of a position right now. The faves have dominated thus far, but will it continue? We're getting close to the point of the game where you need to start taking threats out. Alex and Erik have been very dominate thus far, something that the other faves have hopefully started to catch onto. If they were smart, before the merge happens, I'd try to take at least one of them out. That way, you'd still have your Faves/Fans numbers, plus you can eliminate a major threat or two before it's too late.

Thank you Andy for some insight finally! Woot!! Also, to add to the 777 thing...I just got this in a text and thought it was kewl Today is 7/08/09 6 seconds after it turns 4:05pm It'll be 4:05.6-7/8/09 ! Never again will this happen in your lifetime folks! Hopefully that makes sense because I texted it to Corey and he didn't get it. -_- So yea, 7 is definitely the number to shake things up in this game. Is it going to happen? who knows, time will tell all. Both tribes have completed the challenge, I'm going to post the results shortly. So - I do not think any 'throwing' was involved with this challenge. Infact, some of the Favs like Jeff, Britti, and Alex didn't even fully want to throw the last challenge... yeah... I don't think it occured. Looking at the challenge last night as it was playing out, I think Zeta actually won. Don't quote me on that yet though. I honestly have no idea what's going on this round... -_- After I post results I'll read up on confessionals and update. Payyyyce.

Lol, it's a little tough to offer much insight if you don't get much info, lol. But yeah, I'm trying to pick up the slack a little bit more, lol. Zeta winning would be great for my picks, as Caitlin could have been voted out this round. Course, my overall winner, RB, would be in danger then.... ah well. I'd love to see Joey break the Fans/Faves barrier because it needs to happen soon if for no other reason than because it would make the game a lot more fun that way. The person who makes the best connections with both tribes will ultimately be the favorite to win this game IMO. Still not sure if anyone really has done that though. I know Alyssa and Jason have their alliance, but they are separated now and nobody else has really tried to do anything much more than stick with their orginal tribe. Joey would be making a big first step if he joined the fans, and it would be a move that would improve his odds of winning significantally. I just don't see him surviving with the faves, he's just not in the "in" with them. In reality, he's more of a fan anyway, since it's been, what, 4-5 years since he's last played iSurv1vor, (not to mention, he's never really been part of the alumni for a long time like the others have been). So joining the fans would be the smartest thing for him to do. And if he does make the move, I say go after Erik now. If your gonna jump alliances, might as well go the whole 9 yards and just take out the biggest threat while your at it. I'd like this season all the more if he did this.

You are such a show off Andrew! And wow Sandy, that is so interesting, next year it would be 5:06.7-8/9/10. Regardless, back into the game I think Illyra loosing is amazing, I want to see if Joey would really go against the rest of his tribe or if he will wait for another moment to do such a thing. I wouldn't like either Erik or Alyssa leaving but it would be very interesting to see Erik go because I have heard he is the main ally of a whole bunch of people and I want to see them struggle to stay a float without him.

This challenge was hardcore Sandy! I was sitting here refreshing every few seconds to see if someone had won immunity yet. I wonder if Evan won it or Tucker, come on Sandy hurry those results!

I just noticed the change of the username's colors and I have to say I'm shocked, Erik chose Alex to change tribes with him, I definitively didn't see that one comming! I wonder what their reasoning is for doing that, I was thinking they would try and get in the same tribe together to protect each other, this is surprising to say the least. And now who is the main target of Joey and the fans? Would all the weight fall on Alyssa or would Alex become the new target? I personally hope it's the later, not because it's Alex but because I adore Alyssa and I want to see Erik freak out when Alex gets voted out. The necklace trading was done the "fair" way but I defintively don't think much strategy was involved unless Lorii and Tucker are in a secret alliance which I would be looking forward to. Out of the Fans Tucker seems to be the best one and Lorii, well everyone knows I love her!
I really can't wait to see what happens this round.
